"You took me home,
I drank too much
Cause of you my liver turned to dust
Cold rust tastes
Cold creeping cold pain
Do you understand what I mean?
When you feel your soul drop to the floor
Like a hole
Like an open bleeding sore
Then you'll have bled like I bled
And you'll have wept as I've wept
Suck me down, it's time to rock and roll
Lets hit the bar, lets lose control
One false move, you took me home
One false move, and your all alone
But it looks so good and it feels so nice
I paid the price
I'll cut you out just to hear you scream,
Get away from, get away from me
And I can feel my heartbeat racing,
As I realize what I must do
Get away from,
Get away from,
Get away from you
I should have turned and ran like hell
Last time I got the taste of you
I should have turned and ran like hell
And I'll see we're through
I should have turned and ran like hell
last time I got the taste of you
I should have turned and ran like hell
And I'll see we're through
And I'll see we're through
You fell upon me like a plague
Weakness sweet weakness
But I digress
After all this...
You're just like all the rest"
Ex`s and Oh`s - Atreyu
Just wanted to see if i can make something semi tragic, came up with this.
I chose these lyrics because this picture was inspired by a parting with a loved one and great disappointment shown here "But I digress
After all this...
You're just like all the rest"
It seems by the end of a relationship it turned out that it was not worth it at all, I felt a sense of tragedy more so than a sense of loss.
I think the following lyric fits most to express what i felt throughout the time i was with her.
"When you feel your soul drop to the floor
Like a hole
Like an open bleeding sore
Then you'll have bled like I bled
And you'll have wept as I've wept"

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
This is YOUR opportunity to mock, ridicule and generally take great delight and amusement whilst poking fun at the beloved Volunteers and Staff of deviantART.

Horribly intrusive watermarks are tacky. If you're concerned about people stealing your photos, don't post them on the internet.
Photography is the simultaneous recognition, in a fraction of a second, of the significance of an event. (HCB)
